VMI's hermetically sealed glass high voltage diodes are processed per MIL-PRF-19500, MIL_STD-750, and the application slash sheet, /575. Our JANTX/JANTXV QPL formed-lead diodes come standard in 2kV, 3kV and 5kV, 1.5A, 2.5A and 3.5A, 70nS.
VMI's standard QPL tabbed and axial-leaded diodes are also available. VMI is ISO9001:2015 certified and all of our products are made and 100% tested at our facility in Visalia, California, USA.
