High Power 405nm, 1W Violet Laser Diode for Industrial Applications. The HL40033G violet laser diode offers 1W high optical output power in a 9.0mm package with typical operating current of 900mA and operating voltage of 5.0V.

Ushio Opto Semiconductor (formerly Oclaro/Opnext Laser Diodes) are available from 405nm to 850nm at various power levels.

The newly released violet 405nm 1W Ushio diode – HL40033G is now available. HL40033G ( 1000mW, 405nm) violet diode is ideal for imaging, biomedical and industrial applications. Also available HL40071MG, a new single mode 405nm diode from Ushio with a max power of 300 mW.
Ushio red laser diodes are available from 633nm to 690nm. The newly released HL63520HD achieves a pulse optical output power of 3.5W in the operating temperature range from -10°C to 45°C. It also achieves a pulse optical output power of 2.5W at an operating temperature upper limit of 55°C. Thus, it will contribute to increasing the brightness of projectors and reducing the cost of projector light sources. HL63520HD has wall plug efficiency of 43%.

Ushio IR and near IR laser diodes are available at 705nm, 730nm, 830nm and 850nm.

Blue Laser Modules are fully self-contained with an integrated temperature controller (TEC), laser driver circuit, surface polished glass asherical lens optics, and laser diode in a compact package. All TEC lasers includes a wall mount adaptor for plug and play operation.

Precise temperature control with the TEC results in excellent power and wavelength stability, low noise and long lifetime. Other unique properties include collimated, clean beam, and low divergence.
These blue lasers have applications in the field of bio-sciences for excitation of a wide range of fluorescence probes. They are also used in imaging, light scattering and other bio-instrumentation processes.

All the blue laser modules are available with additional optics to circularize the beam. They can also be pigtailed to a fiber and modulation options can be added. Blue laser modules are also available without temperature control as a low cost option.
