Cleats

• We offer a wide variety of cleat options from 2D cut profiles for prototypes and smaller quantities to custom “in house” injection molded cleats for larger quantities.
• Standard materials for cleats are white 92 ShA TPU and clear 90 ShA FDA compliant TPU
• Injection molded cleats are standard white but can be made in any color your appl

• Metric pitch
• The number following T or AT designates toothspacing in mm for example T10 and AT10 are 10 millimeters
• Made according to ISO 17396
• AT series is rated for higher torque than Tseries of the same pitch distance
• Trapezoidal shaped tooth
