Rapid cure 2700 prepreg system is the ideal material for low- and high-volume processing. Cures in under five minutes and optimized for high-quality, aerospace-grade parts.
3900-series prepregs are highly-toughened 350°F (177°C) cure
systems. It is available in a variety of configurations, including
unidirectional tape for manual or automated tape laying applications, slit-tape-tow for automated fiber placement applications, and plain-weave carbon and glass fabrics.
Toray’s next-generation #3960 prepreg system demonstrates
the next leap in performance of aerospace materials. Complementary pairing of the #3960 resin system with state-of-theart T1100G carbon fiber provides the unparalleled properties
expected of materials for the future.
#2511 provides
excellent all-around structural properties with a high wet
and dry TG while offering a flexible cure temperature (250°F
to 350°F, 121°C to 177°C) with a very low void content. This
prepreg system also can be used in industrial and recreational
applications.
The 2510 prepreg system is specifically formulated for
out-of-autoclave (OOA) processing of aerospace primary
structures. This prepreg system has excellent all-around structural properties with a high wet and dry Tg while offering
low-energy curing (250-270°F, 121-132°C).
