Michael Andrade, Equipment Product Engineer, Henkel Corporation

Mike Andrade has been with Henkel for 12 years serving in various technical roles across Henkel's Adhesive business units. In his current role, as a member of Henkel's global equipment team, he is primarily responsible for product line management of Henkel's equipment portfolio in North America. Mike has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Ryan Kain, Principal Technical Engineer, Henkel Corporation

Ryan Kain has been with Henkel for 6 years as the Principal Equipment Technician where his role is to provide the most in-depth feedback and service to our customers. This includes component-level electrical diagnostics, factory equipment rebuilds, and robot programming and integration support.

He has a B.S. in Industrial Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a focus on manufacturing processes.
