There is an elephant within industrial infrastructure control rooms. Much of the equipment in use within many of the U.S. critical infrastructure sectors is at risk of aging out while still in production use. This means industrial systems and production equipment across a number of industries are in drastic need of replacement or upgrade. Further, there are many legacy and "soft targets" at risk from cyber threats within water utilities/wastewater plants.

Please join us for "The Elephant in the Control Room" webinar with Pavol Segedy, PE, 2016-2017 General Symposium Chair, Water/Wastewater Industry Division Director-Elect, and Lead Automation Engineer with HDR, Inc. as we review this critical infrastructure sector's current status and trends.

Key Takeaways

  • Discover top concerns for aging infrastructure
  • Learn current state and trends in new construction and retrofit projects
  • Understand top cyber security attacks targeting water
  • Review reference architectures and a customer use case
