As vice president of its global aerospace and defense business, Dhiren Marjadi is responsible for accelerating Altair's business in the global aerospace and defense industry. He is responsible for delivering industry-specific solutions to Altair's sales team to expand the company's near-term business and aligning its product management and development tasks with customer requirements and industry trends.
Marjadi has more than 35 years of professional experience of which more than 29 years have been with Altair where he held several positions including those in technical, program management, sales and business development. He is an experienced presenter and regularly speaks at industry events worldwide about aerospace industry challenges and trends.
Marjadi holds a bachelor of technology degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri.
Warren Dias is the Director of Global Business Development, Sales Enablement & Strategy, for SimSolid, OptiStruct and Radioss - Altair's structural analysis solvers, and Inspire - Altair's family of products for simulation-driven design. In his current role, Warren's responsibilities include working with the regional teams, development teams and clients worldwide to develop business and go-to-market strategies to scale usage and adoption of these technologies.
Over the past 20 years at Altair, Warren has had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles such as Application Specialist for Optimization, Product Manager for OptiStruct and more recently, leading the global business development activities for OptiStruct, the industry's leading structural design and optimization software and rapidly growing solution set for structural analysis. This has provided him the opportunity to work with many clients across various industry segments evangelizing, promoting and successfully helping incorporate and deploy a simulation-driven design philosophy, improving their designs and processes.
