Your building's mechanical equipment room is the hub of its HVAC system.
But the equipment in these rooms has the potential to leak harmful,
toxic gas, including costly and environmentally-harmful refrigerant
gas. At high concentrations, these gases can displace oxygen,
endangering facility personnel.
Join this webinar to learn about the new Chillgard 5000 Refrigerant Leak
Monitor. It uses MSA's patented photoacoustic infrared (PAIR)
technology to detect leaks at the earliest level of 1 part per million
(ppm). It helps keep people safe and facilities in compliance with
ASHRAE Standard 15 for optimal safety in mechanical equipment rooms. In
the event of a leak, the Chillgard 5000 provides a clear visual and
audible signal to alert of costly and environmentally-harmful
The Chillgard 5000 offers an intuitive user interface that is easy to
navigate and sends real-time status indicators through BACnet, Modbus or
4-20 mA analog. A seven-inch color touchscreen provides a clear visual
indication when an alarm, fault or event occurs. An event log and
diagnostic log makes it easy to troubleshoot.
Calibration is accomplished with just the touch of a button using a
designated calibration port. The Chillgard 5000's advanced diagnostics
notifies users when it's time to service the sensor, pump, and flow
systems. Modules can easily be replaced in the field within minutes.
The Chillgard 5000 comes with an ease of use not seen before. Existing
Chillgard RT users can use already installed wiring/conduit to upgrade
their units. The Chillgard 5000's lightweight design makes it easy to
install. It can be expanded from 4 points to 8 or 16 points easily in
the field as needed.
When it comes to safety, you can't afford to compromise. The new
Chillgard 5000 is always looking ahead to provide reliable, durable, and
easy to manage refrigerant leak detection.
- Learn how the Chillgard 5000 provides the earliest level of detection to keep leaks under control
- Discover how predictive maintenance results in worry-free operation
- Understand the Chillgard 5000's modular, scalable design for low cost of ownership
