This presentation introduces PyroSlide™ 1100, a high-temperature tribological solution that is a new addition to GGB's metals and bimetals product range. This addition provides improved surface engineering in several extreme temperature applications by withstanding temperatures up to 800 degrees Celsius/1472 degrees Fahrenheit while offering high load capacity and wear resistance, low friction properties, corrosion and high-temperature resistance, as well as self-lubricating and maintenance-free characteristics.

At the forefront of advancing surface engineering technologies, GGB's new bearing helps to improve performance in applications that have elevated temperatures and/or corrosion risk. These applications include exhaust after-treatments, industrial and domestic ovens and furnaces, natural gas/petrochemical valves, heavy-duty engines and more.
