Overview

Analog Devices (ADI) has recently introduced a very integrated, low DC power, high-performance transceiver, with digital predistortion (DPD) that allows users to implement many transmitters and receivers in a very small area. This transceiver reduces many of the barriers associated with applications like MIMO and phased array radar.

This webinar will introduce the ADRV902X, that has 4 transmitters, 4 receivers, 2 auxiliary receivers, 4 synthesizers (2 RF, 1 Aux, and 1 Clk), and DPD. With RF tuneability from 100 MHz to 6 GHz and a maximum instantaneous bandwidth of 200 MHz (450 MHz for TX and Aux RX), it can be useful in many applications that require a high amount of integration.

We will also introduce two platforms that use the ADRV902X:

  • 4 TX / 4 RX 5G NR O-RU reference platform with a 5W output power at the antenna
  • 4 TX / 4 RX Small Cell Radio Reference Design with 0.5W at the antenna

Attendees will learn about feature sets, see a performance demo and discover their flexibility for use in other sub 6 GHz frequency bands.

Key Takeaways

  • Learn about a new integrated, low DC power, high performance integrated transceiver, its setup and performance, and options to reduce the time it takes you to complete a design
  • Experience the ADRV902X and see its performance without needing to get in the lab
  • Learn about "make versus buy" options and tools that will allow you to demonstrate your concept before doing a full design
  • Learn about options that allow you to get quickly to your final design
