Overview

The capabilities of modern AESA radar designs depend significantly on the performance of state-of-the-art transmit-receive modules (TRM). In this webinar, our experts tackle the question of how to precisely validate TRM performance in large array antennas and reduce complexity of testing TRMs significantly with the help of the latest test systems from Rohde & Schwarz.

Key Takeaways

  • Learn about solutions for high test speeds and throughput
  • Understand how to cover multiple tests with one set-up
  • Discover powerful test libraries to minimize testing efforts
  • Learn how open dut interfaces ensure high degrees of confidentiality and flexibility at the same time

Speakers

Jürgen Kausche, Product Manager for EMC and RF Test Systems and Projects, Rohde & Schwarz

With two decades of experience as product manager for EMC and RF test systems and projects, Jürgen Kausche has been focusing on radiated performance measurements. These include EMC, radiated spurious emissions (RSE), over the air performance (OTA) and EMF. He is also a member of MF standardization committee DKE GAK764.0.7. Since 2009 Kausche has been product manager for EMC and aerospace and defense (A&D) test systems and projects, covering covered test solutions for A&D, automotive as well as commercial applications and dedicated test systems for A&D, e.g. ATEs for radar test.

Andreas Lechner, Development Engineer, Rohde & Schwarz

Andreas Lechner has been a development engineer at Rohde & Schwarz since 2003, focusing on automated production test systems and customer projects. He has also worked as a system architect for many different system applications.
