Peter Coate, Strategic Account Manager – Electronics Potting & Encapsulation, ELANTAS PDG, Inc.

Peter Coate is focused on potting and encapsulation materials for electronics. Before accepting the strategic account manager position role, he performed the role of application engineer for ELANTAS for five years. As an application engineer he supported customers during their material selection process as well as providing insight for material processing and handling. Prior to his time at ELANTAS, Coate was a formulating chemist with SolEpoxy Inc., working with optoelectronic epoxies. He is a graduate of Lafayette College with a degree in chemical engineering.

Melanie McDaniel, Senior Technical Service Representative, ELANTAS PDG, Inc.

Melanie McDaniel works with manufacturers of electrical and electronic products to identify the best coating applications and solutions. She has worked in the electrical coatings field with ELANTAS PDG Inc. for 16 years. She holds a Bachelor of science in chemistry from Columbia College.
