In this webinar we will give you an overview on how our online engineering tools will support you during the learning, selection and design-in process for finding the right products for a defined application.
We will start with our easy to use product finders featuring all 15 product categories for fast product, evaluation board and simulation model selection and comparison on a parametric level. Then we will give you a short demo of our latest tool on application level called Infineon Solution Finder. It is a sophisticated online engine for finding, comparing and buying semiconductor products in an application context visualized by block diagrams and combined with simulation.
In the main part the attendees of the presentation will learn how to use our simulation tools for thermal, electrical and magnetic simulation. We will focus on the new Infineon Designer schematic entry feature enabling designers to adapt a wealth of over 150 application circuits in the domain of Industrial Power, Lighting, Motor Control and Mobile/RF front end design to their personal needs. It features unique analog/digital co-simulation of the 32-bit XMC1000 industrial microcontroller ARM® Cortex®-M0 series, using the free-of-charge code generation platform DAVE™.
Attendees of this presentation will learn how the digital prototyping engine Infineon Designer makes the transition from idea to functional system smooth and fast by visualizing design trade-offs, optimizing the overall system, and achieving performance/cost targets.

Jianan Shen is responsible for online engineering and tools within the distribution and digital demand generation organization of Infineon Technologies AG. He collected more than 6 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in the field of application engineering, technical support and project management. He received a master degree in electrical engineering from Technical University of Munich in Germany.
