Dr. Thomas Neyer, SVP R&D GaN Technology Development, Infineon Technologies

Dr. Thomas Neyer holds a PhD from Technical University of Vienna from 1995. He held several senior positions in design, development and manufacturing for silicon BCD and power semiconductors at Infineon between 1997 and 2008. Afterwards Thomas Neyer built R&D organizations at HH-Grace and Fairchild Semiconductors for power semiconductors and expanded his focus into SiC technology – which was successfully introduced to the market after acquisition from onsemi. In 2022, Thomas Neyer returned to Infineon where he has taken helm of Infineon's GaN development organization and recently of the integration of GaN Systems R&D groups.
