Die-Cutting Precision Island Placement Recently, CFS had the opportunity to work with a customer on a polyimide die cut requiring zone non-adhesion. This project was completed in our ISO 7 clean room using our Delta ModTech precision rotary press. On the surface it sounds pretty simple - make a tape die cut with an island in the middle that is non-adhesive.
