Recently, one bio-pharmaceutical company introduced a low-carbon emission industrial boiler to its manufacturing operation. They estimated it would take years for the system to achieve positive results. However, the burner retrofit taken with other facility improvements like a new heat recovery exchange system, produced immediate carbon reduction results.

One major North Carolina hospital began a boiler retrofit that would provide the 186-bed facility with steam and hot water.
