[Subtitles] At ifm, our sensors are key to making Exotec''s robotic solutions work seamlessly in warehouses. Exotec''s 3D mobile robots rely on our sensors to navigate their environment and interact safely with operators.
Our sensors ensure that the robots always know where they are, while our controllers make the important decisions that keep everything running smoothly and safely. We design our components to be robust and reliable, so they can withstand years of non-stop, 24/7 operation - exactly what Exotec needs in demanding warehouse environments. By providing the right mix of performance, durability, and cost effectiveness, ifm''s products help Exotec speed up order picking and improve overall efficiency.
[Subtitles] At ifm, we are proud to support KNAPP''s intralogistics solutions by integrating our O3R platform into their Open Shuttles. These autonomous mobile robots rely on the 3D monitoring by the O3R for accurate obstacle detection and safe navigation in industrial environments. Equipped with 60-degree and 105-degree field-of-view sensor heads, the O3R provides comprehensive coverage along the vehicle''s path and height, supporting tasks such as gate detection and clearance monitoring. In addition, the platform''s 3D functionality helps to detect load carriers, allowing the Open Shuttle to be accurately positioned to pick up a variety of load carriers, such as pallets, even when manually placed. Through a close partnership and early field trials with KNAPP, we are continuously developing the O3R to meet real-world requirements, ensuring reliable, adaptable intralogistics solutions for KNAPP and its customers.
