Welcome to the Future of Cold Storage.
Thermonics now offers 18 standard portable chiller systems for low and ultra-low temperature process cooling - with cooing capacities up to 2.5kW at -80C.
These portable chillers are available in Water-cooled and Air-cooled configurations, all models are equipped with a touch screen controller - providing precision temperature control, real-time graphing and chiller health diagnostics.
Ethernet communications allow wireless connection to the chiller for remote control and performance monitoring.
Each chiller is compatible with a variety of heat transfer fluids, and the advanced controls can set exact fluid pressure and flow rates.
All chillers are designed and manufactured in our US based ISO 9001 and ITAR registered facilities.
Welcome to the Thermonic's factory tour. This tour will take you through our facility where we engineer and manufacturer process chillers, thermal chambers, thermal platforms, air-forcing Thermostream® systems, and customized systems for temperature test and conditioning.

inTEST Thermal Solutions specializes in dynamic thermal environments, providing highly engineered solutions for difficult temperature conditioning and process cooling requirements. The company serves end users and OEMs, worldwide, with application-specific systems such as process chillers, thermal chambers and platforms, and temperature forcing units. Moreover, inTEST Thermal is the only supplier to combine extreme thermal environments, -185 to +500°C, and rapid transitions between desired temperatures.
inTEST Thermal Solutions is proud to announce a breakthrough in thermal characterization for integrated circuits. The new Temptronic ThermoSpot family of benchtop temperature cycling systems delivers industry leading thermal cycling performance without the use of notoriously unreliable thermoelectric modules, also known as Peltier or TE modules.
Even though TE Modules are proven to degrade in applications requiring thermal cycling, they are still the only option in many benchtop systems on the market today. The ThermoSpot Series changes that, relying on proprietary refrigeration technology to offer rock-solid reliability. (use GRAPHIC, No TE Modules) with industry leading performance - 55w at -55C and-40W at -40C.

A demonstration of the ThermoStream® Temperature Forcing System. ThermoStream Systems are used for testing and characterization of electronics (ICs, MEMS, transceivers, RF devices) and materials. The temperature forcing system features extremely fast and accurate temperature transitions and automated thermal cycling from -100 to +300°C without the use of LN2 or LCO2.

About Temptronic ThermoStream Temperature Forcing Systems:
ThermoStreams are portable systems that deliver clean dry air for precision temperature testing or conditioning
of electronics (ICs, MEMS, transceivers, or circuits) and materials. Ideal for temperature characterization, stressing,
and thermal shock of low mass devices.
ThermoStream temperature forcing systems now provide quick and easy installation of the thermal cap enclosure. The patent-pending cam lock design allows adding or removing an enclosure in few seconds, eliminating the need for separate hardware.
How to improve thermal testing by expanding Delta T to increase throughput. This video explains the basics of temperature testing with thermal chambers and air forcing systems.
The ATS-Series THERMOSTREAM® Systems are used in a variety of temperature testing and conditioning applications. From their traditional applications in semiconductor testing, failure analysis, and device characterization to their broader use in PCB and electronic sub-asembly testing, the ATS-Series has a system wth the temperature capabilities to meet your needs. The ATS THERMOSTREAM® Systems offer an innovative temperature testing solution that allows you to perform device, board, and module testing right where you need it - at your test bench, in your production facility, or in your lab. inTEST Thermal Solutions is the thermal expert with over 40 years of thermal engineering and test system development. Our goal is to make your temperature testing and conditioning as simple and cost effective as possible.
This video shows how to replace the air filters on a Temptronic ThermoStream temperature forcing system.
Order service kit CS158580, FILTER ELEMENT KIT, to perform this preventive maintenance procedure.
It is recommended that you change the air filters on your mobile, temperature forcing systems annually or more frequently if your system is operated in humid or dusty environments.
Learn how to properly unpack and uncrate a ThermoStream Temperature Forcing System. You will need the following tools to unpack the system:
1. a utility knife
2. a Drill or Screwdriver
3. an electrical outlet (power supply must match system requirements)
The Thermostream® systems deliver clean dry air from -100 to 300°C to support growing demands for portable systems that quickly and precisely tune, test, and condition electronics. With temperature transitions up to 15°C/sec, the ThermoStream provides the horse power to quickly reach a wide temperature range, increasing throughput for thermal testing, cycling, and failure analysis.
