HV254 is a 32-channel, high voltage, amplifier array integrated circuit. It operates on a 275V high voltage supply and two low voltage supplies: +5.0V and -5.0V. Each channel has its own input and output. An integrated diode is included to help monitor die temperature. The input voltage can be from a DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) with a voltage range of 0V to the low voltage supply, V+. The output of the HV254 will swing from 7.0 to 250V. It cannot swing to ground. With the internal gain set at 50V/V, a minimum input signal of 140mV will still maintain linearity. Input voltages below 140mV can be applied without damage to the device. However, the amplifier will be saturated. Typical output load is equivalent to a 125MΩ resistor in parallel with a 100pF capacitor. The outputs have a guaranteed slew rate of at least 3.0V/µs. The internal closed loop gain is set at a nominal value of 34.0dB (50V/V). The HV254 is designed to operate with minimal power consumption while maintaining a guaranteed slew rate of 3.0V/µs. High value resistors are used for the gain setting to minimize current on the feedback path.

HV256 is a 32-channel, high voltage, amplifier array integrated circuit. It operates on a single high voltage supply, up to 300V, and two low voltage supplies, VDD and VNN. The input voltage range is from 0 to 4.096V. The internal closed loop gain is 72V/V, giving an output voltage of 295V when 4.096V is applied. Input voltages of up to 5.0V can be applied, but will cause the output to saturate. The maximum output voltage swing is 5.0V below the VPP high voltage supply. The outputs can drive capacitive loads of up to 3000pF. The maximum output source and sink current can be adjusted by using two external resistors. An external RSOURCE resistor controls the maximum sourcing current and an external RSINK resistor controls the maximum sinking current. The current limit is approximately 12.5V divided by the external resistor value. The setting is common for all 32 outputs. A low voltage silicon junction diode is made available to help monitor the die temperature.

HV257 is a 32-channel, high voltage, sample and hold amplifier array integrated circuit. It operates on a single high voltage supply, up to 300V, and two low voltage supplies, VDD and VNN. All 32 sample and hold circuits share a common analog input, VSIG. The individual sample and hold circuits are selected by a 5 to 32 logic decoder. The sampled voltage on the holding capacitor is buffered by a low voltage amplifier and amplified by a high voltage amplifier with a closed loop gain of 72V/V. The internal closed loop gain is set for an input voltage range of 0 to 4.096V. The input voltage can be up to 5.0V, but the output will saturate. The maximum output voltage swing is 5.0V below the VPP high voltage supply. The outputs can drive capacitive loads of up to 3000pF. The HV265 device is a 4-channel high-voltage operational amplifier array with an optional internal feedback resistor network.

The amplifier array IC operates on a 225 V high-voltage supply and a 5 V low-voltage supply. Each channel has its independent input and output ports. When the internal feedback resistor network is used, the closed-loop gain is set to 82 V/V. High value SiCr resistors are used for internal feedback networks to minimize the power consumption. The input accepts voltage in the range of 0.05V to 2.5V.

The output impedance of the amplifier is less than 1k and the output can drive a capacitive load up to 200 pF. The amplifier is designed to have good temperature stability and low output drift.

When both VOUT and FB pins are connected together and RGND is set at 0V, a non-inverting amplifier is formed with closed loop gain of 66.7V/V.
