The BI-TORQ NL Series electric actuator features a worm gear drive that makes it ideal for butterfly valve actuation since it does not require a brake. The worm gear and output shaft are a one-piece design that is strengthened with heat treatment. In addition, the NL is available with a high resolution positioner card that allows for precise modulation within 0.005 accuracy.

Our sandwich-mount declutch operator are designed to mount between a pneumatic actuator and valve, allowing an operator to manually override the action of the pneumatic actuator. Operators in this category are totally enclosed, weatherproof and permanently lubricated. The declutch locks in both the engaged and disengaged positions. In most cases our engineers can design mounting kits to reduce the overall size of the actuator, declutch and valve package.

The BI-TORQ stainless steel pneumatic actuator has an investment cast 304 or 316SS body, making this unit an ideal choice for pharmaceutical, food and beverage, sanitary, marine and other applications where corrosion resistance is essential. When combined with our sanitary clamp end, 3-piece, 2-piece or 150# flanged stainless steel ball valves, the stainless steel actuator is an ideal component for sanitary installations.

The BI-TORQ PN-series pneumatic actuator features a top mount indicator and open-close stop adjustment as a standard feature. In addition, precise engineering has allowed us to reduce the size of the actuator without losing any torque. We offer the model sizes from 32 to 270, which provide an output torque range of 40 to 25,000 inch pounds.
