Crimp die Y778 is used with crimp tool handle M22520/5-01 on MilesTek and Trompeter crimp type connectors. It is equivalent to the CD5-8 crimp die. This tool is used to crimp body housings and inner contacts for connector series (10-06031-XXX, 10-06032-XXX), and (PL75C, PLR75C, CJ70C, for the 201 through 225 twinaxial cable groups, and -307 triax).

Daniels Y687 is used with Cinch Connectivity Solution’s M22520/5-01 bushing/shield crimp tool handle. It is equivalent to the Trompeter CD5-9 crimp die. This tool is used to crimp body housings for small body 150AC and 450AC full crimp subminiature connectors (for the 201-206, 208, 209, 212, and 217-223 twinaxial cable groups).

The M22520/5-01 (Daniels HX4 equivalent) standard crimp tool frame is used in conjunction with CD5 series crimp die sets in order to crimp connector bushings and shields. It suits most Trompeter twinaxial and triaxial cables. This tool leaves a 6-point impression. The national stock number for this tool is 5120-01-335-8575.

The CD5-9 (Daniels Y687 equivalent) black crimp die set has one 0.255 inch hex crimp and one 0.193 inch shield crimp (when closed). This tool is used to crimp body housings for 150 series TRS (small body 150AC) and 450AC series (2-slot/lug, 3-slot/lug, and threaded) twinaxial connectors. Twinaxial cable groups for these connectors must include 201-225. This die set requires Cinch Connectivity Solution’s M22520/5-01 bushing/shield crimp tool handle.

AD-1377 - The AD-1377 crimp tool is design to terminate wire splices, particularly for M17/176-00002 cable. These wire splices are included in the 10-06950 cable splicing kit, which conform to MIL-S-81824 standards. Typically, the outer diameters of these splices range between 0.075 and 0.155 inches. The “12-16” tool cavity diameter size is 0.0620 inches in the “Go” position and 0.0720 inches in the “No-go” position. The “16-20” tool cavity diameter size is 0.0420 inches in the “Go” position and 0.0520 inches in the “No-go” position. The “20-26” tool cavity diameter size is 0.0250 inches in the “Go” position and 0.0350 inches in the “No-go” position.

Cable Stripping Tool, No Cassette

The M22520/1-01 (Daniels AF8 equivalent) crimp tool frame is used in conjunction with 010-0044 pin positioner and 010-0045 socket positioner to crimp center contacts to wire conductor leads. It suits 12 through 26 AWG wires. This tool leaves an 8-point impression. It is qualified to MIL-DTL-22520/1 specifications.

The MilesTek 40-15006 D-Sub crimper terminates both standard stamped and high density (HD) stamped D-Sub pins (male & female). The spring-loaded crimper has built-in wire cutters. Does not work with standard machined pins.
