The VSC DUO is a twin-spindle machine for follow-on operations. The twin-spindle machines are very economical for the machining of larger batches of small and medium-size workpieces. The DUO is also the machine with the smallest footprint for machining in first and second operation.

The VSC TWIN produces twice the output on the same footprint. The TWIN is used for the machining of two workpieces with an identical operating sequence. This allows for large batch sizes to be machined on a minimum footprint.

A large selection of technology modules ensure that the VSC 250 Vertical Turning Machine can be tailored to suit individual machining requirements. The patented design of the VSC Production Centers guarantees the shortest travel time between pick-up station and machining area, reducing idle times to a minimum. The machine base in MINERALIT® and the twin-wall construction have an excellent vibration damping effect and offer outstanding thermal stability.

The pick-up spindle ensures the Vertical Turning Machines of the VSC series load themselves. Whether the workpiece is loaded or unloaded from the left or the right, the direction of the workpiece flow - and thus the position of the machines in the production line - is freely selectable.

The VL 2 P is a two-spindle vertical turning machine with pendulum technology for parts with a diameter of up to 100 mm. The working spindles on the VL 2 P are mounted on the left and right of the machine body and complete the Z movement. The tool turret is located at the front and moves in the X-axis. The main focus in the design of the VL 2 P was clearly on reducing idle times. Non-productive times in the machine due to loading and unloading processes have been almost completely eliminated. The machine is ideal for workpieces with short machining times since the ratio of machining time to idle time is vital for the economy of the process.

The Standard Vertical Turning Machine is also available with a Y-axis. The Y-axis makes the machining of very complex configurations possible. In fact, with the Y-axis off-center drilling and milling can now be done without the need for expensive special tools.

The VTC vertical turning center turns shaft machining on its head! The four-axis VTC 250 machines workpieces of up to 140 mm in diameter and 630 mm in length (1000 mm optional).
The VTC is available with a single spindle or in its DUO version. The DUO version combines the functions of two four-axis turning machines and offers different machining technologies on its two stations.

The VTC 250 L is a slim-design vertical shaft machining center. The machine is specially designed to serve as a standalone machine or as part of a production line based on the chaku-chaku principle. Like all VTC machines, the VTC 250 L also incorporates integral automation which means the machine always does what it does best: PRODUCE. Regardless of whether its operator is at the machine, taking a well deserved break or there is a shift change, the machine will produce. The vertical design of the machine offers a footprint that is up to 50% less than that of a horizontal turning machine.
