The Vortex-d range is a basic motorised torque test system for measuring static and rotary torque up to 10N.m, and combines with Mecmesin's universal display to ensure repeatable, accurate results. The keypad is designed to make testing as simple and quick as possible. A large LCD screen clearly displays clockwise/counter-clockwise speeds and displacement data.
Flexible 'Smart' transducer selection
Choose from 1.5, 6 and 10N.m transducers, which are easily interchangeable (plug-and-play) to accurately assess between delicate and robust applications.
Precision speed controller
Easily adjust speeds in small increments, then lock this function to avoid accidental adjustment before and during the test.
Top-loading Capability
Apply set loads to assess Child-Resistant Closures.
RS232 data output
Export data direct to a PC for further analysis and reporting
