Grip-Lite screws also lower assembly cost by eliminating the need for expensive nuts, clips, inserts or tapping operations.

Lo-Driv® Thread Rolling Screw

Lo-Driv® Thread Rolling Screws can lower the cost of assembly operations several ways. They improve the speed of assembly, reduce operator fatigue and strip-out problems, eliminate the need to pre-tap holes and cross threading.

The unique point and body design provide superior forming pressure relief which lowers driving torque. The screws forming relief feature extends all the way up into the body where the circumferences of the threads are at their largest diameter. Lower driving torque allows drivers to drive screws faster and reduces operator fatigue.

Machine Screws

We manufacture a complete line of assembly fasteners including machine screws and carriage bolts in both inch and metric sizes along with shoulder and full body screws and bolts with several head styles and lengths available. Engineered parts can be manufactured to customer specifications from Grades 2 through 8 property strengths.

Special Square Head Set Screws

Our special square head set screws are designed with a longer chamfer than standard for easy automatic assembly and a sharper cupping point for superior holding force. They are used in beam clamp applications in conjunction with special malleable or Steel C clamps. They are supplied case hardened, either plain finish or plated.
