Digital Isolator Ics adopt isolating CMOS to provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low-power consumption. Isolator data channels are independent and different models have different transmission directions with a withstand voltage rating of 3kVrms and the data rate from DC up to10Mbps.
