Q-Pad Q2 insulators are made up of a 25 μm aluminium sheet, coated on both sides with a 65 μm thermo-conductive layer. Thermal conductors. The Sil-Pad 400s are silicon rubber and fibreglass-based insulators. This flame retardant material is designed to act as a thermo-conductive insulator. They have excellent mechanical and physical characteristics. They are resistant to cleaning products. The fibreglass reinforcement provides excellent resistance to perforation. The pliable surfaces provide a perfect surface contact as well as excellent thermal dissipation. The Sil-Pad 400s are non-toxic.
