The dV-2 Cool was designed for monitoring tasks at refrigerant filling stations. Vapor pressure/temperature graphs for 5 refrigerant liquids are saved in the unit and can be selected by pressing a button

The LCD switches from temperature to pressure at the touch of a button, with the display offering a choice of bar / °C or PSI / °F.
The high resolution display means that dV-2 Cool can also be used for measuring leaks in vacuums.

Refrigerant: The following refrigerants are stored in the instruments: R22, R12, R507, R404a, R134a. Optional: other refrigerants.

The dV-2 PS is a sophisticated digital pressure gauge with two independent pressure switch outputs. The gauge employs KELLER's proven microprocessor technology which produces highly accurate results. All readings are linearized and temperature corrected, to give an accuracy of 0.2 %FS.

There are two independent switches for High and Low control functions. These are solid state and therefore not subject to wear. The switch points are programmed directly from the two front panel buttons and a menu system.

Alternatively, the dV-2 PS can be connected via the RS485 link to a laptop/PC, and configured using KELLER's "Pressure Switch Console" software. User defined configurations can be stored on the computer for future reference. Pressure sequences can also be monitored and recorded on the PC for application diagnostic purposes using KELLER's Read30 software.

Cutting-edge micro-controller technology has made it possible to produce an extremely small and compact pressure gauge with a digital display and very low power consumption. The dV-1 pressure gauge is available in bar and PSI units, displayed with a resolution of 0.5 %FS and a measuring interval of 500 ms. There are two versions: One has an ON/OFF button to activate the instrument, and the other version without a button automatically activates the display when pressure is applied. The devices are available in the typical daVinci line oval housing or as an OEM module that can be integrated into the customer's system. Highly competitive pricing and striking simplicity (with no more than one button) make the dV-1 pressure gauge the ideal basis for OEM devices that can be adapted at little expense to meet customers' requirements (design, software, pressure sensor connection, pressure range, battery contacts and display) depending on the volumes required.

The EV-120 is a digital pressure indicator, designed for use in conjunction with a KELLER Series 30 transmitter. Together, these two instruments build a highly precise pressure measuring device. At startup, the EV-120 communicates with the Series 30 transmitter and displays the full-scale pressure range of the transmitter, then displays the current pressure value, updating twice per second.

No manual adjustments are required; the EV-120 automatically configures itself to any Series 30 transmitter. Because the pressure is communicated and read in digital format, there are no signal conversion errors.

The piezoresistive pressure transducer as the heart of the instrument has gone through extensive pressure and temperature tests. Its characteristics are stored in the instruments internal EEPROM. LEO 3 is a micro-processor based transmitter with digital double-display for pressure (top display) and for the output signal (bottom display). The display is powered from the 4...20 mA current loop.

Functions:

• MAX/MIN: Activating the right key brings the Max. and Min. values to the lower display. After 5 seconds, the analog signal is indicated again.
• RESET: The Max. and Min. values are set to actual.
• ZERO SET: The zero is set to the applied pressure.
• ZERO RES: Restores the instrument back to factory settings.
• UNITS: The pressure values can be displayed in different units.

The dV-2 Series incorporates many of KELLER's latest developments in electronics to produce a simple low cost digital pressure gauge that is packed full of features normally found only on expensive instruments.

The dV-2 can be set up to perform various measuring functions via two front panel operating buttons. Gauges are available in three accuracy classes: • 0.5 %FS (Standard, Yellow) / • 0.2 %FS (Silver) / • 0.1 %FS (Gold).

The internal microprocessor has great flexibility. It can be programmed during manufacture to perform numerous functions, and this enables KELLER to offer customized products for specific applications where larger quantities are involved.

The PA-22 PS is a compact programmable pressure switch and pressure transmitter. It offers continuous analog 0.5…4.5 V signal for process monitoring and switch functions to activate alarms or control relays at predetermined pressure levels. The PA-22PS provides two independent switches for hi/lo control functions.

These solid state switches are not subject to wear and can be factory programmed in either PNP or NPN outputs. The optional DV-22 PP programmer (external supply) allows the user to easily change settings. This programmer can also be linked to a laptop/PC for use with Keller's "Pressure Switch Console" software.

The following characteristics can be programmed either at the factory, or by the User via the DV-22 PP:

• Switching thresholds
• Hysteresis / window function
• Normally open / normally closed
• Switching delay

• Display of the actual pressure and the record status
• Recording of the pressure and temperature
