Our industrial water cooled chillers will integrate perfectly into your factory no matter the challenge. These systems size anywhere up to 400 tons-1000GPM (3785 liters/min) and can utilize any cooling medium, water, glycol, oil, fuel, etc. They can be designed to fit into any space so they can be placed anywhere.

Our water cooled units do not affect the environment around them by adding heat. Water cooled chillers also come with integrated water regulation valves, which minimize cool water usage, and optional heat recuperation systems so that these completely customizable systems are as efficient as possible. Our systems generally utilize screw compressors but can also be engineered to take advantage of other compressor options including non-ferrous requirements.

All of our systems are subjected to a rigorous run off testing procedure and come with a one year warranty. Fully insulated pumping stations are also available with back up systems and chiller redundancy for emergencies.

These integrated cooling/chilling systems are the perfect compromise between the high-energy efficiency of air-cooled heat exchangers and consistent temperature control of industrial chillers.

During cool weather the “free-cooler” or air-cooled heat exchanger is capable of handling the entire cooling load. During warm weather, when the “free-coolers” cannot cool as efficiently they cannot keep up with the cooling requirements so the system automatically switches the chiller system on to provide supplemental cooling.

This system provides a number of benefits:

The primary benefit is the energy savings. Turning off the compressor saves a huge amount of energy. Typically, running a “free-cooler” can reduce your energy consumption by more than 75%. This is substantial, especially in northern climates where you can turn off your chiller for several months during the year.

Second this fully integrated system provides an alternative to high maintenance evaporative cooling towers that require cleaning and draining in environments where freezing is an issue. This system is completely automatic with no input or maintenance necessary between seasons and even more important, no maintenance will be necessary during the winter

Third this system guarantees a long operating life because most of the year the load is taken off the chiller and specifically the compressor. This significantly reduces the compressors yearly running hours and provides a longer system life span.
