The Drum Paster H2000 paste weight variance is within +/- 2.5 grams. The Drum Paster H2000 regulates paste application to the plate with +/- .0025in (.0635mm) thickness.
The Drum Paster controls paste application to wrap around all the intricate surface areas of the plate grid.
The continuous strip plate grid pasting method includes:
- Reciprocal Expanded Metal.
- Rotary Expanded Metal.
- Continuous Cast Grid.
The Drum Paster incorporates a pasting hopper to increase the paste pressure as it travels through the hopper.
When it arrives in the pasting shoe orifice, enough pressure will cover the entire orifice accurately.
The pasting shoe has a uniquely designed slot to eject paste to the right spot on the strip and drum. An exit nip roll will assist the strip through the pasting machine.
