We offer custom rubber compounds to meet your specific requirements in physical properties, chemical resistance, surface finish, and thickness. We supply die cut rubber gaskets from rubber polymers that are Medical Grade, phtalate free, FDA approved, NSF approved, REACH compliant or MIL Spec. In addition, Roettele Industries has implemented manufacturing processes that allow us to throw out the industry standard RMA thickness tolerances of +/- 10% and achieve rubber thickness tolerances of up to +/- .002".
Rubber gaskets are stamped using hard tooling that is built and maintained in-house by professional tool and die makers under a ISO 9001 certified quality management system. We utilize single cavity hard tooling or steel rule die to produce small quantity orders or prototyping. All our tooling is fabricated under a ISO certified Quality Management System to ensure your rubber gaskets meet or exceed your specification. Consequently, we die cut gaskets with high repeatability and tight tolerances.
