Since 1979, we have specialized in precision die cutting of non-metallic materials including rubber, plastic, thermoplastic elastomers, foam, fibre, and more. All of our products are made to customer specifications using hard tooling fabricated in-house. We extrude thermoplastics in-house to reduce cost, lead time and improve the of quality of our plastic gaskets and washers.
Our in-house fabricated hard tooling allows for gaskets as small as .062" in diameter while maintaining tight tolerances and high reproducibility. We use a variety of high speed punch presses; each one is unique in its capacity to handle varying requirements and specifications from our customers.
