The SSPERF-Core Perforated Return Air Grille is made to fit standard T-bar ceilings or custom made-to-order sizes.

The SSPERF-R Perforated Return Air Grille can be used for a variety of return air applications from ceilings to sidewalls.

Specify: Series S-44 Opposed Blade Damper to make return register. The S-44 OBD assures even distribution of air across the grille face, as well as positive volume control.

Specify: without screw holes for lay-in installation.

The lay-in 51% Perforated Supply Diffuser manufactured in type 304 Stainless Steel is designed with surface mount frame for installation.

Adjustable curved blades with 1, 2, 3, or 4 way discharge pattern for both heating and cooling applications.

Stainless Steel transitions are available in square, rectangular and round neck collars and can be supplied with optional dampers adjusted by unlatching and lowering the perforated face for access to the damper operator.

The SSEPD Series Perimeter Slot Diffusers are specially designed to provide an air curtain for operating rooms. The SSEPD Series unique slot design creates a continuous curtain of air, angled outwards 5º - 15º, that encloses the operating area and minimizes the possibility of contaminated air entering the surgical area. The double slot design creates a uniform velocity curtain that minimizes entrainment of contaminated air into the curtain air stream. It also creates a wider velocity profile with less turbulence and hence less induction over similar two slot designs. The face design also incorporates longitudinal deflectors that horizontally deflect a small amount of air lengthwise thereby joining sections and corners with a truly continuous curtain, resulting in enhanced isolation of the surgical area.

A-J Manufacturing Company, Inc. was founded in the mid 1920’s and has always manufactured sheet metal products. The SSFG 150 Model Removable Filter Return Grilles and Registers have adjustable horizontal blades (parallel to width/first specified dimension) spaced on ¾" (19) centers with adjustable deflection. The grille core is secured to the face of the outer frame with stainless steel ¼-turn fasteners, allowing quick removal for cleaning or changing the filters. The streamlined blades and open spacing maintain a minimum effective free area of 50%, which minimizes intake velocity, reduces inlet pressure and provides quiet operation. The 150 Series Single Deflection Supply Grille provides effective directional control of the air stream in one or two directions. The bars are pivoted at the face, giving a uniform, aligned appearance regardless of blade angle setting.

The hollow, air-foil grille bars are spaced on .750″ centers. Each bar is adjusted for the desired air deflection without affecting the setting of any other bar.

Available with horizontal face bars (150-H) or vertical face bars (150-V).
