CLICKMATE™ TW157 for filling of air storage cylinders up to 5,000 psi (CGA 346/347)

The CLICKMATE™ TW157 provides a connection in seconds to the CGA thread of the cylinder valve without hand / wrench tightening. Just place the quick connector onto the cylinder valve until it stops. The connection is made by lowering the operating lever through 90° which locks the split jaws onto the cylinder valve. The integrated safety peg prevents a disconnection under pressure. Existing hand tight nuts / connectors can be retrofitted without problems.

The CLICKMATE™ TW157 is also available without integrated bleeding valve. All connectors are subjected to extensive pressure and long-term tests (100,000 cycles) and improve operational safety and ergonomics.

The CLICKMATE™ TW157 with operating handle is designed for filling air storage cylinders. Retaining the same outstanding technical functionality as our CLICKMATE™ TW157 with operating lever, the type has been adapted to fit the SCOTT RevolveAir Charge Station. The CLICKMATE™ is rigidly mounted to the SCOTT Charge Station and provides an instant connection to the CGA thread of the cylinder valve without hand / wrench tightening. Just connect the cylinder valve thread to the CLICKMATE™. The connection is made by lowering the operating handle through 90° which locks the split jaws onto the cylinder valve. The integrated safety peg prevents a disconnection under pressure. The CLICKMATE™ TW157 is rated for pressure ranges up to 5,000 psi.

All connectors are subjected to extensive pressure and long-term tests (100,000 cycles).

With the type TW05 quick connector pneumatic components are tested faster than ever before. Connecting and pressure impacting of the test piece is accomplished in one operation by simple actuation of the sliding sleeve. Connector for pressure and function tests on components with internal threads

Special short design
The type TW26 quick connector is ideal for hydraulic and pneumatic pressure and function tests on components with female threads. The higher the test pressure the tighter the WEH^® Connector will clamp itself into the thread of the test piece and provides a pressure-tight connection in seconds. The front o-ring reliably seals the connection and no additional clamping devices are required. Time-consuming and expensive testing devices are eliminated. The main advantages of the type TW26 connector is its compact construction and ergonomic design. If the connector is to be used as a plug, the media inlet ‘B1‘ can be sealed.
