Thanks to a commitment to research and development through investments, they were affirmed as the leading international player in manufacturing two-piece ball valves.

Valpres
Valpres was founded to be a specialized manufacturer of steel and cast iron ball valves with a focus on Industrial and Oil & Gas applications.

Valbia
Valbia was founded for the production and distribution of electric and pneumatic actuators on a global scale.

2014
Rubinetterie Bresciane
Opened a new production  facility of Rubinetterie  Bresciane: 1,200.000 sq. ft400.000 if which is covered by  with state-of-the-art technologies  granting the plant the A+ energy certification.

Bonomi Group acquires QUAM SRL specializing in choke valves, globe valves, control panels and power units.

Description:
QUAM s.r.l. has been a market leader operating since 2001 in the design, manufacturing and supply of complete Wellhead Equipment for the Upstream Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas Industry, including API 6A Valves and WELL Protection Systems.

QUAM is a customer-oriented company and a short lead-time manufacturer specializing in fast-track projects and Severe Service applications.

Bonomi Group acquires TECNOVIELLE S.p.A. specializing in gas ball valves, pipe fittings and hose fittings.

Tecnovielle S.p.A. was set up in 1980 as an Italian brass ball valves manufacturers, but the level of the quality of our products and an efficient customer service have allowed us to gain a strong foothold in the market and become a benchmark in the industry.

Bonomi Group acquires Ghibson Valves specializing in butterfly valves for industrial applications.

Bonomi Group acquires Penta s.r.l. specializing heavy duty ball valves.

Bonomi Group acquires LockPower specializing in zero emission energy harvesting.

Description:
LOCPOWER is a patented energy harvesting solution. It consists of a new concept of control valve able to harvest energy otherwise dissipated during its normal use in flow and pressure control, equipped with an electrical control panel.

The LOCPOWER system converts energy dissipation into mechanical power and then into clean electricity.
Zero-emission energy harvesting, zero CO2 production.
