Modern Linear has added a feature to our line of Linear Guide Products that includes the Vector Trio and Quad as well as the Double Track Linear Guide.  Beginning with the Size 3 Vector Quad Carriage, 2 new options are available. 

A lubricator option consists of a stainless steel bracket that holds a piece of oil saturated felt between the rollers and track sections of the rail.  The lubricator allows access to the adjustable bushings when the adjustable carriage option is specified for the carriage.  When the fixed roller (non-adjustable) carriage is specified (used with the compliant rail), the lubricator with roller cover option can be specified.  This design shields the rollers from excess contamination and relieves a pinch-point in applications where worker safety is necessary. 

Both designs can be added to the carriage without any further modification.  They are held in position with the same bolts used to hold the rollers to the carriage plate.
