THERMIK XO Series Thermal Protectors are designed to handle your High Current Applications – up to 75Amps@250VAC, and 100Amps@12VDC.  The XO Series offers the CXO thermal protector without insulation and the SXO thermal protector with Mylar-Nomex insulation. The contacts offer excellent protection for Electric Motors, Transformers and Heating applications. The small dimension size in relation to the maximum current load they can be either attached or embedded within coil windings. 

The CXO and SXO ifeatures:

• Normally closed
• Automatic reset
• With connector cables
• With epoxy
• With or without insulation
• Nominal Switching Temperature of 70°C - 180°C
• Tolerance of ±10 K
• 600 N Pressure Resistance to the switch housing
