We hold large stocks of chaser dies for Coventry die heads and copies thereof, e.g OSG.

Our chasers are made from quality M2 HSS, hardened to 63 Rc, to original Alfred Herbert specifications, thread ground on custom built Reishauer machinery.

These include chasers for dieheads from 1/4" to 2" capacity, for most materials.

Threads covered by ready stocks are metric coarse and fine, UNC, UNF, UNEF, UNS, BSW, BSF, BSP, BSPT, NPT, BA & Model engineers. We can usually supply chasers with geometry to suit most materials. We stock left or right hand for the most commonly used threads.

We also stock many threaded blanks (no cutting rake or throat ground) so that we can supply customised chasers in stocked threads quickly.
