The EuroAsia IC Industry Awards were developed by EuroAsia Semiconductor magazine to recognize the people, products and processes that drive the IC manufacturing industry forward through innovation and technical achievement. Two Aerotech products, the ABRS series rotary air-bearing stages and the WaferMax Z vertical lift stage, were entered and have made the “short list” for the final voting.
