MPL’s world class production facility is located in San Jose, Costa Rica has in-house capability to design, prototype, tool, machine, stamp, mold, assemble, calibrate and test MPL’s wide range of pressure switches. MPL’s dedicated and experienced Costa Rican team delivers billions of precision components each year.
All of MPL’s facilities are ISO 9000:2000 certified and adhere to the systematic use of quality tools from design to production. MPL utilizes many of the automotive quality standards and tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC and FMEA. New products and designs are subjected to rigorous modeling and FEMA prior to prototype assembly. MPL’s short run manufacturing line is available to support MPL’s customers with rapid prototype and design modifications.
