Phoenix Imaging Machine Vision is both a full service system integrator and a distributor of quality machine vision components.  The integration side of the business has developed expertise in a few areas:

The engineering team has been developing machine vision applications and designing factory hardened systems for nearly 30 years.  Phoenix Imaging develops its own image processing software for special customer projects and also integrates machine vision products from other suppliers.  Phoenix Imaging is an authorized Datalogic systems integrator for both machine vision and laser marking products.

The distribution side of the business handles a wide range of machine vision and telecentric lenses.  Brands include: Ring, Flat, On-Axis, Dome, Bar and Line Lights, and Bar Light Groups (4 Bar Lights in Square Arrangement) available in multiple wavelenghts.  Models are also available from distribution by Phoenix, OPT, VS Technology and Schott Moritex.

Phoenix Imaging also manufactures a wide range of Manual Inspection Booths, MIB models used for manual inspection and product quality in a wide range of industries including Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.  The models include: MIB-40, MIB-50, MIB-60, MIB-70, MIB-80, MIB-90 and MIB-100 which range from Laboratory Bench Top to Free Floor Standing.  All MIB models incorporate precision high frequency drivers with feed control to maintain constant illumination.  Uniform inspection volumes range from 3 to 10 liters in which intensity remains within 10%.
