Point Level Controllers
Point level controllers, also referred to as switches, are commonly used as high or low level alarms for virtually any process material. Princo point level controllers all work by activating two sets of type C dry relay contacts which may be set for fail-safe high of fail-safe low action.

Continuous Level Controllers
Continuous level controllers, also known as tranmitters, transmit a 4 to 20 mA signal proportional to the level of a process material in a storage vessel. All Princo continuous controllers are 4-wire, except for the L2631 which is a 24Vdc, 2-wire (loop-powered) unit.

Multi-Point Level Controllers
Multi-pont level controllers, like continuous controllers, monitor level along the length of a probe. Rather than transmitting a continuous signal, they may be calibrated to activate relays at various switch points along the length of the probe. The Princo L2720 and L2740 models may be programmed for as many as 4 independent switch points, or for 2 independent switch points and one zone.

Presence/Absence Detectors
Princo presence/absence detectors are switches that are activated by the presence or absence of a process material within a pipeline. They may be used for virtually any process material that flows through a pipeline. The most common application is for protection of progressive cavity pumps in water and sewage processing applications.
