The Indicator Probe is a special use probe, which shows the amount that standard probes are deflected in a test fixture. The indicator probe’s plunger does not return to its original extended position after deflection. Indents in the side of the probe tube interfere with the free motion of the plunger and hold it at the position of maximum deflection. After numerous uses the indicator probe may lose its ability to remain in the deflected position and should be replaced. Indicator Probes are identical in external dimensions to their standard counterparts. The entire plunger is unplated, so that it can be easily distinguished from a standard probe. Indicator probes are not intended for use as electrical contacts. Products & Services
Coordinating measuring machine (CMM) probes are transducers that convert physical measurements into electrical signals, using various measuring systems within the probe structure.
Thermistor temperature probes sense temperature by using thermistors, devices made of semiconductor materials which exhibit a large change in resistance for a small change in temperature.
Continuous duty linear solenoids convert electrical energy into mechanical power via a plunger with an axial stroke in either a push or pull action. They are rated for a 100% duty cycle.
Corrosion probes, coupons and holders are corrosion-sensing devices that interface to instruments or monitors.
Electric test probes are used to establish a connection between a circuit under test and the measuring instrument.
