From machinevision.navitar.com
A fixed magnification fluorescent imaging system that will offer 40X optical magnification, image and detect fluorescing material in the sub 50 um range, and allow for changing of the barrier filter used in the collimated light path. The client required a fluorescent imaging system created from a combination of off-the-shelf, rather than custom, parts that could be easily manufactured and pieced together into a robust tool for field or laboratory use. Navitar made a modification to our standard ZFL fixed magnification fluorescent imaging system. We integrated a filter wheel in the collimated light space. We also shortened the entire system so the instrument would be more compact and easier to use in the field as a portable system. The changes allowed the customer to have a compact, easy to use fluorescent imaging system built entirely from off-the-shelf parts. Products & Services
Microscopes are instruments that produce magnified images of small objects
Digital and video microscopes are instruments that use digital technology to magnify images of objects. They include built-in cameras and a series of high-powered lenses that provide superior image quality and resolution.
Collimators are optical lens assemblies that take divergent or convergent incoming light rays and produces parallel light output.
Lighting component parts and accessories include lamp tubes, phosphors, filaments, bases, and other lamp parts.
Filter wheels hold and position multiple filters for various imaging applications such as machine vision and spectrophotometry.
