Foam Modeling and Tooling

Foam products are designed for tooling, modeling, foundry or mold patterns fabrication such as tooling board, polyurethane shapes or castable foams. These foam products need to have a fine structure, good strength, hydrostatic pressure resistance, and high machinability. Tooling applications can include bonding fixtures, machining supports, mold patterns, inspection jigs, composite lay-up tools, vacuum-forming tools, fiberglass-mold plugs, mold tools, drape-forming tools, hydro-forming tools, trim fixtures, foundry patterns, and autoclave tools.
