Tile liners, block liners, sectional liners, and shaped lining sections are cemented or bonded to a surface and then grouted or sealed. Tile linings are useful when the entire internal surface of a ball mill, crusher or other process vessel requires wear protection. Shaped liner sections are used to protect corners, vessels or bends within piping. Wear pad, plates, or strips are shaped sections attached to surfaces through mechanical fastening, adhesive bonding, brazing or welding processes. Wear pads or shaped liner sections are useful when a specific region of a surface needs protection. Some coating services use tile liners, block liners, and sectional liners. Products & Services
Coating services coat or plate the surfaces of manufactured components. Coating processes include ceramic, coil, dip, dry lubricant, phosphate, powder, rubber, thin film, titanium, and selective coating. Coating services also perform chemical finishing, galvanizing, hardfacing, painting, thermal spraying, and screen printing.
Specialty coating and finishing services perform specialized or proprietary coating and finishing processes.
Lining and wear protection services suppliers provide installation or application of wear protective liners, tile liners, spray on lining systems and/or high build coatings to protect an underlying surface from wear or erosion.
Protective liners and lining systems protect an underlying surface from corrosion, wear, erosion, heat or fire. They may also provide leak protection or fluid containment.
Crusher and mill wear parts include commonly-replaced components such as jaws, rolls, blades, plates, and liners for material processing equipment.
