Detection. Tips are provided to help you detect signs that the issue is emerging.
Action. These are steps that can be taken to address the issue.
Note that an entire chapter could be written about each issue so that there is no goal of providing a complete discussion. Rather, the purpose is to provide you with ideas and insight so that you can identify and deal with issues in IT management more effectively.
