Liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors are computer monitors that use a flat screen to provide full color images. LCD technology uses a liquid crystal solution between thin polarizing layers. An electric current passes through the liquid to align the crystals (either blocking the light or allowing it to pass) and creates an image on the screen. Because they use flat screens, LCD monitors require less space than traditional cathode ray tube (CRT) monitors. LCD monitors also use less power and do not emit harmful radiation. Products & Services
Touch screen displays are user-friendly input devices. The user touches the screen and the input is communicated directly to the computer.
