Editors Biographies

Yan-Qing Zhang received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science and engineering from Tianjin University, China, in 1983 and 1986, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science and engineering at the University of South Florida, Tampa, in 1997. He is currently an...
