960301: Drip Container for Waste Fluids

FlexLink conveyors used in applications with oily or wet products are normally equipped with drip trays and drip pans to collect the fluid. The fluid is sent to a disposal system by means of hoses connected to the drip pans or end pans. In applications where the fluid quantity is small, it can be convenient to collect the fluid at the conveyor. The waste fluid container can be emptied at suitable intervals. Drip container 3925946 can be used with all FlexLink conveyor systems. The hose/tube from the drip pan or end pan can be maximum 20 mm thick to fit inside the hole on the container top cover. The mounting holes are adapted to the standard FlexLink structural system beams. A transparent flexible tube can be fitted to the outlet and bent upwards to indicate fluid level, and to facilitate emptying the container. See figure below.
