Nonstick Coating:
Special polymers are used to create a hydrophobic surface that effectively prevents many different substances - e.g. adhesive, rubber, plastic or leather - from sticking. By applying specific roughness profiles to the surface structure, the contact area is reduced and the nonstick properties enhanced.

Slide Coating:
The extraordinary sliding properties of fluoropolymers, with low friction values when in contact with the most varied substrates, are well known. Metals, plastics, paper and food are conveyed with much greater ease in production processes when such coatings are used. Lubricants can be added to the surface treatment to create a solid lubricant. The slight difference between the static and dynamic friction values is of great benefit with reciprocal motion to reduce propulsion and decrease stick-slip motion.

Corrosion Protection:
Based on very thin layers, Nanofinish® follows the contour of molding tools and does not change dimensions or tolerances of the substrate, creating an infiltration-resistant nonstick surface.

Damage to the coated surface usually leads to infiltration of standard coating systems. Not with Nanofinish®: The damage remains local.

Nanofinish® can be applied beginning at 10 nm thickness on nearly all substrates and it resists temperatures up to 350 °C. This nano-coating is particularly well suited for polished components and high precision applications, i.e. ultra-thin nonstick layers for molding tools or as a protective skin for sensitive surfaces.

MagnaCoat® surfaces are heavy-duty fluoropolymer coatings that are virtually pinhole-free. They offer high corrosion resistance, good nonstick properties and high electrical impact resistance even at high temperatures. The coating provides excellent barrier protection to resist aggressive chemicals.

A MagnaCoat® polymer coating can be applied to all surfaces made of aluminum, steel, stainless steel or other alloys.

In workshops of 10.000 m² space equipped with cranes with a capacity of 5 and 20 t we carry out sand blasting works in a booth of 18 m length as well as in a continuous plant; industrial wet painting in booths of 28 m length and on spraying stands of 15 x 50 m.
